I have tons of certifications because I love it all and am obsessed with becoming the best version of me so I can help you do the same. After practicing primary care for 15 years, I chose to specialize in obesity medicine after educating myself on nutrition and fitness for my own weight loss journey. I have been wellness coaching for almost 10 years but founded Dr. Michelle Wellness Solutions LLC in 2017 because conventional medicine is not enough and I wanted my own platform to include WHOLENESS: mind, body, AND spirit. On my own journey and as I coach others, I realized that you cannot compartmentalize wellness. God needs to be the center and once you are aligned with Him, you will get healthy, be whole, and be free! God intersected our paths through a faith based fitness ministry like only HE can do! THIS is how I know He has great things in store for us and our community which includes YOU! I have always been passionate about health and fitness but finding my true identity in Christ and aligning myself with God’s purpose and mission for me has been the missing link —I am even more ON FIRE to educate,equip, and empower you to be healthy whole and free!

It is through my love of fitness that I have grown in my relationship with God. All my education and certifications have given me great opportunities and knowledge but until I knew my true identity in Christ I was always searching for the next best, newest fitness plan. I have learned who I am because of whose I AM. I am a daughter of the King. God has the best wellness plan and when I am in alignment with him I have wholeness and health. This has given me the most wisdom and direction in life. My fellow Revelation Wellness Instructor and sister in Christ Michelle Levitt and I want to create a community right here where we can encourage, equip and empower women to know their true identity in Christ and not fall into the slavery that our society and culture says we need to look and act like. This community is a safe place where we will lift each other up, not comparing or competing but complimenting! I am excited and expectant to see what God does through you and in you. God had put a fire in our spirits and we are on mission for God. God knew we needed each other, and out of that and knowing we are royalty, Crown Wellness LLC was founded.
